i been waiting for the perfect woman
to come and rescue me
there she is and i can almost touch her
but i just cant speak

i been dreaming about a 50 Shevy, dry and black of gleaming chrome
saved up my money and bought some beat up wagon
but now i'm walking home

i only know that nothings for sure

cars and girls on an endless highway
the all i dream
girl i better try
